Frequently Asked Questions
Got Questions? We’re Here to Help
From custom machining and quality control to delivery timelines—we’ve compiled the questions our clients ask most. Can’t find what you need? Reach out via Get a Quote or our contact page; our team will respond within one business day.

What types of hydraulic cylinders do you manufacture?
We manufacture single-acting, double-acting, telescopic, and application-specific cylinders for construction, agriculture, mining, and industrial equipment. Bore, stroke, mounting (clevis, flange, trunnion, etc.), working pressure, porting, and seal brands (imported or domestic) are customized to your drawing or operating conditions—for OEM supply or replacement.
Which industries use your hydraulic cylinders?
Our cylinders are used in construction machinery (excavators, loaders, cranes), agricultural equipment, mining and metallurgy, material handling, marine/offshore, and industrial hydraulic systems. We supply domestic OEMs on long-term programs and serve overseas distributors, rental companies, and end users—with knowledge of regional specs and certification needs.
How do you test cylinders before shipment?
Every cylinder undergoes pressure testing, leak inspection, and stroke/buffer function checks, with critical dimensions verified to drawing. Piston rods receive induction hardening and hard chrome plating for wear and corrosion resistance; welds and critical parts are inspected per our process. Our QMS aligns with ISO 9001. Material certificates, heat-treatment reports, pressure-test records, and batch traceability are available on request.
How do domestic and export orders differ? How do you ship?
Domestic orders ship to your warehouse or plant per contract, with Chinese technical documents and VAT invoices. Export orders include English drawing approval, commercial invoice, packing list, and certificate of origin; packaging is moisture-, rust-, and impact-resistant for long sea transit. Terms such as FOB and CIF are available. Bulk shipments go by FCL/LCL; air freight can be arranged for urgent needs. First-time export clients should allow time for sample approval and document review.
How long does a custom hydraulic cylinder order take?
For standard designs with established processes, prototypes take about 10–20 business days after drawing approval; batch production typically 4–8 weeks depending on quantity and schedule. New structures or special plating/seal packages need extra process evaluation. Rush scheduling is possible for domestic orders; export orders should include sea transit time. We list prototype, production, and shipping milestones in the quote for your assembly line or customs planning.
